Information we process

Sunny Calendar processes the approved username, verified email address, login challenges and sessions, Google OAuth authorization tokens, selected calendar metadata and events, app settings, important-event notes, and notes you create. A remembered-device token may be stored for 30 days only when you select that option.

Google user data

Calendar permissions are used to display calendars and to create, update, or delete an event only when the signed-in user requests that action. Gmail send permission is used only to send sign-in verification codes; the app does not read, list, modify, or retain Gmail messages. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Session, verification, and remembered-device tokens are stored as one-way hashes where applicable. Deleted app records may remain in the in-app trash for up to 30 days before permanent removal. Calendar events remain governed by Google Calendar and are not removed merely because a connection is disconnected.

Your choices

You may disconnect a Google account from the account menu, decline the remembered-device option, or request deletion of app-held account data by emailing huanshama79@gmail.com. You can also revoke Sunny Calendar access in your Google Account permissions.
